You may not use our services to:

- Distribute spam, malware, or phishing content
- Violate intellectual property or copyright laws
- Engage in hacking, penetration testing, or network attacks
- Operate crypto mining, file-sharing, or resource-heavy processes that impact others
Email Hosting Rules
- Email accounts are intended for standard business communication.
- Bulk or unsolicited commercial email (“spam”) is strictly prohibited.
- Mass mailing is only permitted through compliant email marketing tools.
Resource Usage
You must not use more server resources (CPU, RAM, bandwidth) than what’s reasonably expected for normal business operations.
If excessive usage occurs, we may suggest an upgrade or apply fair-use limitations.
Security
Users must:
- Maintain secure passwords
- Keep CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress) updated
- Promptly report any security incidents or vulnerabilities to support@magikhosting.com.au
Enforcement
Violation of this policy may result in account suspension or termination without refund.
Serious offences may be reported to law enforcement.
