We aim to deliver hosting and domain services that meet or exceed your expectations.
This policy explains how refunds and cancellations are handled fairly and transparently.
Hosting Services
- New customers receive a 6-month free trial period.
- You can cancel anytime during this trial without charge.
- After the trial ends, hosting is billed monthly. Fees already paid are non-refundable once the billing period has started.
- Future billing can be cancelled at any time with written notice.
Domain Registrations
Domain names are prepaid for their full registration period.
Due to registrar costs, domain purchases and renewals are non-refundable once registered.
Always confirm spelling and details before purchase.
Email Hosting
Standalone Email Hosting is billed monthly.
You can cancel with 30 days’ written notice.
Your email accounts remain active until the end of the billing cycle.
Service Cancellation
Cancellations must be submitted via email to accounts@magikhosting.com.au.
Once processed, associated website and email data may be deleted within 14 days.
Refund Exceptions
Refunds may be granted at our discretion for:
- Duplicate or accidental payments
- Verified billing errors
- Significant technical service failures directly caused by us
Changes to Services
We may adjust service inclusions, pricing, or policies with notice. Existing customers will be informed prior to any changes taking effect.
